Job Summary
As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of youth in a moderate risk residential program. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting behaviors, participating in sports and recreation activities with youth, and providing mentoring to facilitate their development. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, relevant experience or college education, and a valid Driver’s License.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education
- Driver’s License
