Job Summary
Supervise clients and the facility by overseeing care and safety through core values and mission. Interact with youth using strengths-based approaches to support daily activities and individual goals. Assist clients with case management, school activities, job searches, transportation, cleaning, meal preparation, and medication administration. Coordinate outings, appointments, and emergency room visits while engaging youth on identity, mental health, and self-sufficiency. Manage escalated situations using approved behavior modification techniques and physical restraints when necessary. Distribute and document prescribed medications, conduct intake and discharge processes, and complete initial orientation. Ensure compliance through perimeter walks, room checks, and daily documentation of whereabouts, behavior, and incidents. Maintain cleanliness within licensing standards and conduct emergency preparedness drills. Complete required trainings, meetings, and monthly supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ year of related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
