Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and advocate for youth ages 6-17 on a third-shift care team; lead group activities and develop individualized care plans with the Treatment Team; provide emotional support, teach coping mechanisms, and model positive behaviors; document progress and maintain safety, hygiene, and a supportive environment; guide youth in daily tasks and life-skills development, using de-escalation techniques to manage challenges.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or associate degree
- 2+ years of experience with youth ages 6-17 (preferred)
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Strong self-regulation and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback
