Job Summary
Youth Care Worker on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) for Anderson Health Services in Marshville, NC. You will mentor and advocate for youth ages 6-17, lead group activities, help develop life skills, provide emotional support and coping strategies, collaborate with the Treatment Team to design individualized care plans, mediate conflicts, document progress, and promote hygiene and safety in a structured, supportive environment. Requires energy, empathy, ability to work hands-on with at-risk youth, and completion of duties with a positive, high-energy approach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or associate degree required
- Must be 21 years or older
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
