Job Summary
Youth Care Specialist for part-time role in Fort Myers, FL. Provides direct services to youth aged 10-17, supervises residents, ensures safety, supports daily activities, assists with case plans, staff meetings, supervision during activities, basic meal prep, initial client screening/intakes, and medication management under supervision. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, dependability and good judgment; CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention within 90 days of employment. Required Qualifications
