Job Summary
Youth Care Specialist in an after-school program serving children ages 6 to 12. Responsibilities include implementing behavior management/modification in the milieu, planning and facilitating therapeutic and recreational activities, intervening during crises with NAPPI techniques, driving the pupil van and accompanying staff during rides, coordinating transportation and medication administration, maintaining contact with collaterals and families, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and outreach to children and families. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, at least one year of experience with school-age children, MA driver’s license with three years of driving history, and ability to obtain a 7D license. Required Qualifications

- Massachusetts driver’s license and a minimum of three years driving history
- Ability to obtain 7D Driver's License
