Youth Care Specialist - (2PM-10PM)

Youth Care Specialist provides supervision and a therapeutic, learning environment for children and youth ages 0-19, following the program schedule, performing medication management per procedures, and building therapeutic relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring program structure, documenting client information, crisis management with CPI when trained, and collaborating with staff to support client goals. Shift is 2PM-10PM Tuesday through Saturday; the role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and experience in human services with children at risk. Must be at least 21, maintain minimal auto-insurance requirements, and demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and trauma-informed care skills. The position emphasizes professional conduct, adherence to agency policies, and the ability to work across a range of environments and activities with youth in crisis.
