Youth Care Provider- Weekends / Part-Time

Direct Care Staff provide individual and group counseling, skills training, therapeutic interventions, and monitor youth behavior to maintain a safe living environment conducive to treatment. Key responsibilities include assisting with life skills such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning, as well as professional skills like résumé writing and job seeking. Staff are to demonstrate compassion, maintain composure in high-stress situations, and contribute to daily living activities. Adherence to workplace health and safety protocols is essential.
