Job Summary
Overnight Youth Care Provider at the Hays House residential facility. Provide direct supervision of daily living and individualized learning plans for youth, implement treatment strategies, guide routine activities (morning routines, chores, homework, meals, group activities, evening routines), build positive relationships, ensure a safe, supportive environment, and follow program standards (SAPs) while working the 10pm–8am shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must possess High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
- Provide care and supervision to youth residents
- Help with youth orientation
- Guide and support youth in daily activities (morning routines, chores, homework, meal times, group activities, evening routines)
- Implement the treatment strategies
- Provide a consistent, safe and supportive environment to help youth manage behavioral and emotional responses
- Builds positive relationships with youth showing respect and belief in their potential
- Carry out duties according to SAPs
- Work 2/10s from 10pm - 8am
- Location within Idaho and proximity to Idaho Youth Ranch locations
