Job Summary
Youth Care Professional I provides trauma-informed, relationship-based support to youth and families, including mentoring, emotional support, life skills training, personal care, and supervision of residents; conducts after-school and weekend activities, accompanies youth to outings, and documents progress in medical/daily logs; responds to emergencies, uses crisis-intervention techniques and, when needed, protective interventions; builds professional relationships to foster safety and growth, with duties that may include additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire
