Job Summary
Teach work readiness and basic employment skills to youth with disabilities through structured camp lessons and interactive learning activities. Adapt instruction to support different learning abilities while supervising students during all camp activities and transitions. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, monitor behavior, and maintain a positive learning environment. Take accurate attendance records and communicate student progress or concerns with program coordinators. Assist with daily activity preparation and follow organizational policies and safety procedures. Maintain confidentiality of participant information.

- Level 2 Background Check
- Ability to lead groups and provide clear instruction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, dependable, and attentive to student needs
