Job Summary
Oversee Fall and Winter youth basketball programs, including developing, planning, and organizing activities; create game schedules and participate in forming teams; recruit volunteer coaches, manage background checks, and coordinate equipment; monitor program operations, communicate location changes, and enforce league rules; collaborate with Program Manager and Marketing to promote programs; maintain participant and staff communications, and support customer service standards across multiple sites and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) months of experience with Youth Basketball, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
