Youth and Family Therapist- MST (Lorain)

Provide MST services to a small caseload of youth and families in community settings, including clients’ homes, schools and neighborhoods. Maintain fidelity to the MST model, coordinate with treatment team, conduct MST assessment, engage caregivers, provide family therapy, parent training, CBT, skills building, and community-system interventions. Flexible schedule, in-home assessment, crisis intervention, and advocacy; travel to homes and community settings as needed. Offer collaborative, evidence-based mental health services to children and families; participate in supervision and documentation; qualify with a Bachelor’s level degree in social work/psychology/counseling/MFT or related field; LSW/LPC/MFT licensure preferred; strong emphasis on engagement, safety planning, and ecological perspective. Positions are in Lorain County, OH, with in-home, community-based responsibilities and a focus on MST delivery.
