Job Summary
Analyze youth capabilities, strengths, and problems to determine required services. Implement, evaluate, and review youth goals in collaboration with team members, youth, and families. Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for youth in school, the community, and during emergency or crisis situations. Attend youth/family team meetings. Organize and facilitate individual meetings and structured recreational activities that assist youth in developing pro-social skills and connections. Safely transport clients as needed. This part-time role leads to full-time status by growing your client caseload. Schedule varies Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm with occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related
- reliable transportation on a daily basis
- valid driver's license
- automobile insurance

- Previous experience working with at-risk youth and families
