Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day rhythm of the shelter by building genuine relationships with youth, ensuring they feel seen, safe, and supported. Provide calming, skilled de-escalation during emotional escalations while assisting with daily living needs and medication management. Collaborate with case managers to maintain solid documentation and uphold professional boundaries in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires lifting, walking frequently, and ascending stairs, with a 40-hour schedule rotating every other weekend from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Ability to drive Company vehicle without restrictions
- Ability to pass a criminal background study
- Must be able to lift
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to use flights of stairs
- Must be able to walk regularly and frequently
- Must be able to ascend and descend flights of stairs
