Job Summary
This part-time position is responsible for implementing camp activities and ensuring safety compliance in the fitness center. Key responsibilities include leading camp lessons, swimming with campers, promoting facility benefits, and managing child check-in/check-out processes. Staff are expected to maintain an organized activity area and keep equipment functional while communicating effectively with youth participants. A rotating role as "Person In Charge" (PIC) carries increased responsibilities for the campers and overall camp operations, with a base pay of $17.70 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with youth in a friendly and positive manner
- Knowledge of camp programs
- Capacity to ensure safety in camp activities and events

- Capability to monitor youth and camp participants
