Job Summary
Coordinate program participation for young people aged 15 to 25 across Healthcare, Warehousing, Construction, and Business Administration industries. Work closely with participants and internal teams to understand client needs, remove barriers to participation, and maintain engagement from enrolment through graduation. Collaborate with TAFEs, Registered Training Organisations, employers, and internal Recruitment Partner and Youth Coach teams to support successful training pathways. Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships while ensuring participants receive necessary support to achieve positive education and employment outcomes. Based in Sunshine with regular travel across Melbourne's western suburbs.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Youth Work, Community Services, Career Development or Employment Services
- valid Working Children's Check or Police Check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the employment services, vocational education and training, youth services and/or broader community services sector
