Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits. Join the BK Behavior team, supported by a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and the LBA Expansion Program for licensure assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
