Job Summary
Clean, transport and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations and maintain the dish pit and storage room in a clean and orderly manner. Ensure sufficient dishware and carts for each shift; sanitize and maintain cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas; assist with food prep as needed; drive golf carts as needed; flexible to perform related duties as required in a hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required. Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.
- Prior experience as a steward in a full-service restaurant or resort.
