Young Adult Ministry Male Associate

The Young Adult Ministry Associate will support the Young Adult Director in implementing the mission, vision, and strategy by shepherding male young adults, developing leaders, supporting Co-Groups and Small Groups, and executing ministry initiatives. Responsibilities include shepherding and discipleship, building relationships for spiritual growth, responding to care needs, supporting discipleship environments, identifying and developing future leaders, coaching Co Group leaders and volunteers, facilitating leadership development opportunities, leading and training Co-Group Leader Teams, coordinating ministry activities such as Tuesday night gatherings, retreats, conferences, and other events, and ensuring welcoming, organized ministry environments. The role also involves rotating into teaching as needed, overseeing the Media Team Leads for Tuesday nights, and following up with new young adults to foster meaningful connections. Required education is a Bachelor's Degree, with 2-4 years of experience preferred, and a strong commitment to Christian ministry aligned with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
