Young Adult Career Advisor, Flagstone Family Center

Conduct initial assessments of participant family situations, administer career inventory surveys, and arrange job shadowing experiences for youth. Assist clients in accessing educational and recreational opportunities while creating and maintaining client files. Counsel clients regularly to break through barriers to goals, advocate for themselves, and locate community resources both within and outside CAMBA. Facilitate workshops on life skills and work exploration, prescreen clients for eligibility, and complete all intake applications and documentation. Provide required information for weekly through annual reports and prepare marketing materials to refer clients to the program.
