York Customer Concierge / Vehicle Acquisition Specialist responsible for driving used-vehicle inventory through service-drive acquisitions and equity mining. Key duties include proactively engaging service-drive customers to appraise and acquire 20–25 vehicles daily with 4–8 weekly acquisitions, maintaining 18–35 monthly acquisitions, and achieving 8–15% conversion from service traffic. Conduct equity mining via outreach (phone, email, text, CRM) to identify buyback or trade-in opportunities, targeting 50–75 outreaches per week and 8–15 additional acquisitions per month. Perform accurate appraisals using Kelley Blue Book, Black Book, Manheim, and on-site inspections; maintain CRM/inventory documentation; stay informed on market values and local demand; collaborate with Service, Sales, and F&I to ensure smooth transitions; track performance metrics (engagement rate, conversion rate, gross profit per acquisition, inventory quality); meet minimum monthly acquisition targets (20–30 total vehicles per month) with a focus on high-margin inventory; ensure compliance with dealership policies and state regulations; assist with service-department call-handling for appointments; offers comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO/holidays, ongoing training, employee discounts, and growth opportunities.
