Job Summary
Teach CorePower Yoga classes adhering to quality standards, including C2 and YS formats, while facilitating in-studio and virtual teacher training programs. Spearhead enrollment efforts for training sessions and lead weekly program meetings to strategize goals. Coordinate facilitation for training sessions, providing coaching and mentorship to enrollees. Act as a leader and support guidance for students and studio teams, communicating efficiently with regional leadership. Maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the 40+ hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- YA E-RYT 500 Hour Certified
- active Yoga Alliance registration
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Must be available to work a minimum of 40+ hours/week, inclusive of teaching time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to lead students in physical activity for a maximum 1.5 hours at a time
- Ability to withstand exposure to heated classroom for the duration of class
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Must be able to take classes of all CPY formats
- Ability to commute 100% of schedule within your market, and out of state for company events and trainings
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between Teacher Training studios daily
- Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of teaching experience with CPY
- prior coaching or facilitation experience
