Job Summary
Design and implement group yoga classes, leading students through exercises that improve strength, flexibility, and balance while ensuring guest safety in wet areas and fitness zones. Assist guests with proper techniques, communicate their needs and concerns, and provide motivation to achieve personal wellness goals. Maintain knowledge of all group fitness programs, ensure correct lighting and music levels, and comply with safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards. Adhere to TRILOGY's "Flawless Service" philosophy, handle guest complaints, and provide facility tours as needed. Requires RYT 200 or 500 certification, 2-3 years of teaching experience, CPR/First Aid, and proficiency in English. Compensation is $40.00 per class.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Yoga Teacher 200 or 500 through Yoga Alliance or equivalent
- 2-3 years of continuous Yoga teaching experience
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English
