Yoga Instructor

Teach yoga to youth students covering stretching, breath work, nutrition, and positive eating habits. Guide students to improve balance, flexibility, posture, and self-esteem while fostering discipline, concentration, and focus. Conduct daily sessions from 5pm to 6pm on Tuesdays from September 8 through October 13 at 100 Mona Terrace, Fairfield, CT. Complete a background check to obtain this position.
