Job Summary
Lead safe, creative group fitness sessions for diverse participants; design classes that are engaging, challenging, and adaptable for all levels; motivate clients with energy, coaching, and positive reinforcement; modify exercises to accommodate limitations and ensure safety; manage class flow, timing, and group engagement; maintain professionalism, punctuality, and brand representation; represent GYMGUYZ’s core values (DRIVE) in every session. Available Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays at 7AM in Sun City West, AZ. Requires Certified Group Fitness Instructor and CPR/AED; 1+ year experience leading group classes; strong communication and leadership skills; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 1+ year experience leading group classes or small-group training
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correction
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
