Yoga Experience & Membership Growth Leader

Teach 10–15 weekly yoga classes that are authentic, aligned, and rooted in your passion for yoga while creating meaningful, welcoming, and inclusive experiences for students of all levels. Lead studio tours, help new students feel welcome, and support their journey from first class to committed member through 20 hours per week of outreach. Build lasting relationships with members and guests by learning names, listening deeply, and following up meaningfully. Support front desk and membership sales with a people-first approach that feels like service rather than pressure. Plan and participate in community events, workshops, and local outreach efforts. Engage in studio operations, scheduling, and team collaboration to support an elevated studio experience. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
