Job Summary
Program Leaders assist the Site Director with daily program operations and help plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the YMCA School Age Curriculum, creating a safe, welcoming environment and supporting learning, teamwork, and family engagement throughout before/after school hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a CDA within 18 months of employment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Documentation of physical exam and TB test
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Positive, creative attitude and the ability to relate to children, families, and school staff
