Job Summary
Oversee daily school age program operations by delivering age-appropriate lesson plans, establishing routines, and ensuring participant safety through emergency procedures. Assist the Site Director with activities that spark creativity and teamwork while communicating professionally with families and participating in engagement events. Maintain oversight of program activities and behavior expectations to support a safe, welcoming environment for all children.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) within 18 months of employment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Documentation of physical exam and TB test
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Positive, creative attitude
- Ability to relate to children, families, and school staff
