Job Summary
Welcome members, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service while answering phones and responding to inquiries. Process memberships, renewals, cancellations, and program registrations, and conduct tours for prospective members. Manage facility access and guest passes, maintain accurate membership records, and keep the front desk clean and organized. Promote YMCA programs, services, and events. This part-time role offers free membership and a supportive team environment.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service, retail, or front desk experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
