Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the summer day camp programs, establishing relationships with children and families while ensuring enriching educational programming. Assist staff in developing curriculum fortified with meaningful experiences and support hiring, including interviewing, orienting, and training camp staff. Maintain high expectations for a positive environment focused on child outcomes. Requires a GED or college degree with at least two years of experience working with preschool or school-age children, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
