Requires CPR and First Aid certification, along with a commitment to obtain YMCA Swim Lesson Certification within nine months. Must possess a positive attitude and be attentive to the needs of participants.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age
- CPR and First Aid completion cards
- Obtain YMCA Swim Lesson Certification within nine (9) months
- Outgoing personality with the ability to relate well with participants
- Attention to detail, multi-faceted, reliable, and problem solver
