Job Summary
Membership Service Representative at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington. Front desk role delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests, handling membership sales, tours, renewals, and data entry; serving as the information resource for branch programs, activities, merchandise, and general communications; responsible for financial transactions at the registration desk (program registrations, disbursements, merchandise sales); must be able to work weekend and evening shifts and to perform duties requiring standing, walking, and occasional stairs.
Required Qualifications
