Provide intraoperative electrophysiology support to surgeons and ensure safe, smooth procedures; communicate effectively with operators and adapt to surgeons’ practices; independently handle tasks from simple to complex arrhythmia procedure support; stay informed about industry trends and new technologies, and present value of new products/techniques; utilize digital tools and participate in education by leading training sessions, simulator practice, and case reviews; contribute to teaching within the team and help junior colleagues enhance their knowledge and surgical support capabilities; comply with company policies and take on additional tasks as assigned; travel as required to support regional activities.
