Job Summary
Clinical Development Specialist in MedTech Sales for Johnson & Johnson in Chengdu, responsible for leveraging electrophysiology knowledge to provide intraoperative support, communicating with surgeons, and driving adoption of new products/technologies. Responsible for creating targeted sales plans, visiting professional clients, coordinating with education teams to elevate practitioner understanding and confidence, ensuring safe and effective procedures, and developing cross-functional relationships to enable market access and regional growth. Requires drive, strong execution, collaboration across departments, willingness to travel, and ongoing learning of new product knowledge and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历,医学/药学临床/影像/超声专业本科毕业优先
- 心脏电生理硕士优先
- 能独立完成工作职责
- 医药、医疗行业相关的销售经验优先
- 良好的医学专业英文优先
