Job Summary
Yield (QC) Technician in front-end semiconductor manufacturing. Responsible for supporting the Fab 24/7 yield monitor program, in-line monitor tagging, reviewing and disposition of lots, and supporting tool qualifications for Etch and diffusion with product/test monitors. Develops and executes recipes on SEMVision, KLA, Compass and N&K, resolves tool issues not requiring Equipment Engineering, and collaborates with manufacturing and engineering on wafer dispositions. Role requires independent work toward personal goals, strong communication, and experience operating semiconductor tools. Shift is compressed: front-end day shift Sun-Tue with every other Wednesday 6:15 am–6:45 pm, with potential training on different shifts including night shift. AA-degree preferred; 1+ year tool experience; good math, logic, and written/verbal skills; ability to work in a team and self-direct. Required Qualifications
