Job Summary
Oversee Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) services for KIC, directing staff operations, coordinating with Housing Director and external partners to ensure Housing First principles and required MOA/service provisions are met; manage property operations, compliance maintenance, and tenant relations; maintain confidential resident records; liaise with community resources and grant partners; assist with housing transitions, lease compliance, occupancy and budget management; promote resident autonomy and social integration using community-based resources; lead interdepartmental funding sustainability efforts and deliver trauma-informed program management and supervision in a tribal housing context.
Required Qualifications
- Four years’ experience working in a trauma-informed environment or practice.
- Two years’ experience in public, tribal or assisted housing programs.
- One-year experience in program management, supervisory or lead role.
- Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Social Services or related field.
- A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may substitute for education and experience requirements on a year-for-year basis.
- Proof of valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
