Job Summary
Guide groups of Year 7–10 students through content and problem-solving using curated workbooks designed by subject experts. Motivate students to engage deeply with material, build confidence, and master their subjects while sharing your own study journey. Establish genuine relationships with students and families to support their academic growth. Lead engaging classes of 8–20 students across Monday afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Commit to a full academic year with a minimum of 10 weekly hours. Earn $45–$65/hour base with bonuses up to $90/hour for 2-hour sessions. Required Qualifications
- VCE completion with 99+ ATAR with 40+ raw study scores in VCE Maths Methods
- First-year university level knowledge or above in Mathematics
- A full academic year commitment with minimum 10 hours of weekly commitment
- Ability to work at our Narre Warren campus
- Availability to work on Monday afternoon/evenings and weekends
- Alignment with Contour's mission (non-compete agreement required)
