Job Summary
Interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents while implementing engaging teaching strategies to facilitate learning. Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational requirements, and collaborate with other educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Deliver high-quality teaching and support student development across short- and long-term placements in Northamptonshire. Immediate start available for daily work; flexible schedule options and online timesheets provided. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven teaching experience with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum or teaching experience abroad
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
- Satisfactory references
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
