Job Summary
Deliver consistent sales growth and team performance by developing a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, retention, and growth through the yd. CLASS selling steps. Drive store sales in line with retail goals, budgets, and KPIs while regularly analysing reports to guide commercial actions for sustained traffic and sales increases. Execute all VM guides to ensure strong commercial implementation and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity across all communications.
Required Qualifications
- Store management experience
- Ability to develop a high-performance culture that promotes team investment, employee engagement, retention, and consistent growth and development

- Ability to drive and maintain sales performance within the store in line with retail goals, budgets and KPIs
- Ability to regularly analyse sales reports to guide commercial actions that generate sustained traffic increase and sales performance
- Ability to execute all VM guides at the direction of the VM Team in line with standards to ensure strong commercial implementation
