Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by implementing the CLASS selling steps in every interaction and representing the brand with professionalism. Assist in driving personal sales performance and support the Store Manager with product moves to meet store goals. Execute daily store standards in line with the VM standards guide while maintaining a strong understanding of product features and benefits. Participate in effective communication with the team and management to uphold values of energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity.
