Lead, coach, and support the store team to achieve people, performance, planning, and operational goals while providing regular feedback that prioritizes professional development. Ensure the team delivers sales performance within store goals, budgets, and KPIs using CLASS sale selling steps. Conduct weekly store walks to discuss opportunities and develop actions, and serve as the primary point of contact and manager on duty when the Store Manager is on RDO or annual leave.
