Job Summary
Execute and monitor promotional activities, manage store merchandising, and oversee stock control within the service and production areas. Lead the Restaurant Leadership Team by driving employee development, coaching, and mentoring to ensure guests are placed at the centre of business operations. Maintain a safe working environment for all team members and guests while aligning daily actions with values of Guest Obsession and People Power. Report to the Restaurant Manager as part of the leadership structure.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or hospitality experience
- A 'Guest Obsessed' mindset

- High level of energy and a sense of urgency
- A passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members to success
- National Police Check
