Yardmaster- Brandenburg, KY

Coordinate daily rail switching and loading operations to ensure railcars reach their destination safely and on schedule. Maintain train logs and operational tracking data, assign/record railcar seals and loading information, monitor bad-order railcars, and distribute reports and load data. Communicate railcar movement and loading instructions via radio; prepare documentation including track lists, inspections, load reports, and bills of lading. Work with operations personnel, customers, and site leadership in a fast-paced outdoor rail yard environment. Requires strong verbal/written communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel); familiarity with Terminal Boss and Yardmaster software preferred. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; flexibility to work rotating day/night schedules and outdoors in varying weather. High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of administrative, logistics, industrial, or transportation experience preferred; safety-focused, organized, and team-oriented.
