The role emphasizes building reports/dashboards, SQL data handling, AI-assisted automation, and integrations with third-party platforms, all executed onsite in Dallas, TX. Key activities include creating and troubleshooting operational/financial reports, developing Power BI dashboards, validating data across multiple systems, supporting data migrations and system upgrades, and leveraging AI/LLM tools to improve efficiency. Proficiency with Yardi, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and AI-enabled tooling is required to optimize workflows and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Yardi property management software environments
- Knowledge of SQL and database reporting
- Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard creation
- Experience with AI-assisted workflow tools, automation platforms, or AI agent creation
- Experience using LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in a professional environment
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Experience supporting backend business systems, reporting functions, or software integrations
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX
