Yardi Technical Analyst Hybrid

Job Summary
Configure and maintain Yardi Voyager and RentCafé systems, including property setup, user roles, and security. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Yardi users, resolving technical issues and managing helpdesk tickets. Monitor data integrity across Yardi modules, ensuring compliance for HUD and LIHTC programs. Develop custom reports using Yardi Spreadsheet Reporter and SQL, while supporting integrations between Yardi and other systems via ETL tools. Assist with testing and deployment of upgrades, patches, and new module implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and document processes for audit readiness. Work in the Central Ohio office on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with remote days on Mondays and Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (7S or newer) and RentCafé in a technical or support role
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and report development
- Experience with RentCafe and other Yardi modules (e.g., PayScan, Maintenance)
- Familiarity with Affordable Housing compliance workflows (HUD, LIHTC, TRACS)
- Good working computer skills with basic professional computer software (Microsoft Office suite, Windows, etc.)
- Capacity for learning new software systems quickly
- Self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and assignments concurrently
- Must be able to successfully lead others in an environment of complexity
- Must have strong motivational skills and a high emotional intelligence quotient (EQ)
- Must have excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Yardi ETL processes and system integrations
- Understanding of property management and accounting workflows

- Background in process improvement or automation
- Yardi certification or formal training in Voyager system administration
- ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification
