Job Summary
Yard & Warehouse Operator responsible for the handling, storage, and dispatch of formwork materials and equipment, with emphasis on accurate inventory, safety compliance, and logistics support. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading/loading trucks, operating forklift/crane, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock checks, ensuring safety standards, coordinating deliveries and pickups with the logistics team, inspecting materials for damages, collaborating with multiple departments, organizing the yard/work area, maintaining equipment, and contributing to process improvements. Required skills include material handling, inventory management, safety awareness, teamwork, and proficiency with warehouse operations; a high school diploma or equivalent and related warehouse experience are expected, with forklift and crane operation certifications preferred. The role involves continuous training and adherence to Doka standards, with an hourly rate of $22.00 (approx. $45,760 annually).
