Job Summary
Yard Truck Drivers needed to weigh and spot tractor trailers at loading racks throughout the plant, back trailers into loading docks safely and accurately, ensure trailers are properly secured and aligned at the correct loading location, conduct daily inspections and complete required equipment checks, cross-train to support rail switch operations, wear all required PPE, and communicate issues or delays to the facility supervisor. Role is full-time and entry-level with no CDL required; outdoor work with a strong emphasis on safety and precision. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen
- Background check
- Speak, write, read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
- A CDL is a plus but not required
- Previous military experience is a plus
