Job Summary
Yard Technician responsible for washing and detailing rental equipment, inspecting small equipment for quality, managing hookup and receiving of trailers or smaller rented items, and enhancing the yard’s appearance. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass forklift, AWP, and propane training tests, and a strong focus on safety. Full-time schedule with Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays; comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching after 90 days, and professional development. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass forklift training
- Ability to pass AWP training
- Ability to pass propane training
- Strong focus on safety
- Ability to take instruction and understand goals and processes
- Ability to work fluctuating schedules including Saturdays
- Ability to comprehend job-related duties verbally and in writing
- Comfortable working with limited supervision
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds multiple times per shift
