Job Summary
Yard Technician responsible for inspecting and reporting equipment condition, documenting incoming/outgoing equipment, assisting with routine maintenance and cleaning, loading/unloading, maintaining yard/inventory systems, and upholding a safe, high-standard workplace at EquipmentShare's Florence, TX facility. Role includes on-site duties Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and potential on-call compensation. Requires safety training, PPE, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or equivalent; employment is contingent on a pre-employment drug screen and other standard checks.
